Me and Ma Man's favourite Pan Mee stall
Is the one located by the roadside of Old Klang Road
It is right next to all those drinking pubs of the Scott Garden
But beware that it is not towards the famous Bak Kut Teh stall,
which has been thrown sh*t by unknown for several times.
It is located at another side where there is one AmBank Branch nearby.
I often ask myself one question
Why would I not love other more famous pan mee shop but only this shop?
I am sure that there are hell lots of famous pan mee shop outside
Few examples would be the chilli pan mee or the franchise mian-dui-mian
Honestly speaking, I have no idea
But if I were to give a reason,
I would say it is the package this stall offers that makes me fall deep in love.
But, what is included in my so-called of package?
Red bean soup
Not an ordinary red bean soup,
but is the one added with dried mandarin peel
This dried mandarin peel sort of changes the whole world of red bean soup
Just like when a princess meet her prince
the romantism adds to the dull life of a princess
the mandarin peel gives it a taste of sourness that adds perfectly to the sweetness of the red bean soup
Perfect combination
More perfect that azuki bean with green tea.

But this stall offers also other home-cooked drinks
But too bad I have never tried before
as I am too into this red bean soup.
As normally this stall has lots of customers during weekend,
Hence, while waiting, we often order the home-made crispy chinese roll (Po Piah)
I am really not sure how the seller (is a pair of very cute uncle and aunty) fried this roll
But the skin of the roll seems thicker than the normal Po Piah,
and hence, after it is fried, it taste even more solid

It comes with some sweet sauce
Regarding its ingredients,
I am not quite sure because it is fully covered by the sauce
But I can still taste the mushroom due to its chewvy texture
This really suit those eaters who favor strong taste.
The third element of course is the pan mee
Honestly, the mee is abit thick and hence it is still hard even after cooked
Guess it should be thinner
But because of that, it becomes chewy
and that is the point that I like about it
And this uncle is very generous about its ingredients
There are lots of anchovies and pork meats in it
And it's spicy chilli makes me even fall into it
as I always believe that eating chilli can help to burn calories
especially after eating so much food with high carbohydrates.
Haha, chilli is my love among all spice
And this pan mee comes with right chilli that just make me sweat and melt into it.
